Their new big bads are The Wild Hunt, and it looks like we'll also being dealing with The Dread Doctors' WWII era Werewolf. Making the TWH cowboys, rather than ancient mythological figures could be kind of a fun twist.
It will be interesting to see what kind of effect Dylan O'Brien's injuries have on his storylines, especially since it looks like he'll be a big focus again.
Some info revealed at SDCC:
This will be the final season.
Theo, The Dread Doctors, and Peter Hale will all be back.

I was wondering if this would be delayed give Dylan's injuries. So far, I've only seen up to season 4, but part of what makes the show entertaining for me is his character

I'll have to pick up S5 shortly.

All I've heard about with Dylan is the third Maze Runner movie, so I have no idea how that's all effected TW. There's no mention of his injuries in MTV's story about the panel.
