Fleet Captain
Back in July or August there was that promotional teaser, which shows the Doctor picking up the phone inside the TARDIS but getting what appears to be an 'exterminating' x-ray shock, focusing on his two hearts. The dialogue of the Dalek is of course from "Into The Dalek" but we've haven't seen the footage yet.
Plus there's that clip of the TARDIS console room with the focus on the Doctor's eyes. The dialogue of course is from Into The Dalek again "Am I a good man" as well as Clara's "I don't know who the Doctor is" from Deep Breath.
It's notable in both scenes the TARDIS appears to be sparking/on fire.
Now neither scene seems to have appeared, yet. As the new Doctor would say, Question: were they filmed simply for the ads (like some of the Matt Smith ones, like the 3-D one), or are they actual scenes?
If they are scenes I speculate they're from the season end, with the Doctor perhaps zapped through the phone by the Daleks somehow. Judging by the Cybermen also appearing, I'm guessing this might be, like Pandorica Opens and Time of the Doctor, another 'alliance' of the Doctor's villains, perhaps brought together by "Missy" I'm thinking the Heaven/Nethersphere/Promised Land might be Gallifrey trying to get into the regular Universe again, hence the gathering of villains.
Another thought is the TARDIS damage. Could they be building a brand new set for Capaldi? His current one is still the Smith one that debuted in "The Snowmen", just with darker lighting and the chalkboards.
