Turner Classic Movies annual memorial reel is (finally) out for 2016. Anton Yelchin and Kenny Baker are both included. No real serious omissions that I noticed. TCM is always the best at this sort of thing.

A nice tribute, although I admit I got whiplash going from Anton Yelchin to Lupita Tovar. One star from 2016, one from the dawn of the talkies . ....

And just missing the cut: Zsa Zsa Gabor, who apparently passed away today.

I was glad to see that they remembered Marni Nixon as well. And that Douglas Wilmer was represented by a clip from Jason and the Argonauts.

Yeah, TCM released this waaay to early considering how this year is going.

2016 is totally going to want one last hurrah before going out.

So here's what we should do. We need round the clock guard on Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon and Neil Young. And they should all have precautionary screenings or aneurisms.
