Quick question for those who already have the book, and sorry if this has been covered before.. My copy has the Epilogue first, the main story, then the prologue..... Is this right? Don't really want to read the "Follow-up' before I read the story, unless that's the intended order....
That is the intended order. Since time plays a big role in the story, the epilogue can take place before the prologue and make sense.
Like Merry said. The unorthodox format of the book is reinforcing the story. I can't wait to read it . . . which of course means I have to wait until I read it. Still have a book and a half to go in the original Dune series before I can get back to some more Trek reading.
Re: "Sword fo Damoclese" Question (Format of book, not story If this type of format is your thing, then I strongly encourage you to check out Imzadi, which starts with "The End," continues with "The Beginning," and ends with "The Middle."
Re: "Sword fo Damoclese" Question (Format of book, not story You know, I keep seeing the subject line "Sword fo Damoclese" and thinking that it's misspelled. It should be "Sword fo Damoclizzle to the Hizzle." Just sayin'.

Re: "Sword fo Damoclese" Question (Format of book, not story "To not to?" Sorry, my three-year-old has discovered the Cars movie - we've been watching it a lot
Re: "Sword of Damocles" Question (Format of book, not story) Actually, the topic is misspelled... it should be Sword of Damocles. The OP made three typos in the topic.
Re: "Sword of Damocles" Question (Format of book, not story) ^ Uh no, just two: "fo" for "of" and "Damoclese" for "Damocles."
Re: "Sword of Damocles" Question (Format of book, not story) Whoops *hiding head in shame* Guilty as charged....
Re: "Sword of Damocles" Question (Format of book, not story) That is odd. When I went to correct the title in my post, it had a missing ) as well.
Re: "Sword of Damocles" Question (Format of book, not story) Sometimes, the last few characters of the thread title get cut off of the replies.
