Rudy Boesch, a fan-favorite competitor of season one of Survivor and the franchise's oldest contestant, has died at the age of 91.

He also had about a 50 year career in the Navy, and as one of the first SEALs. He played on the first season of Survivor when he was 72. Definitely a unique individual who a lot of people will miss.
