Considering that Disney now owns Marvel, and apparently still shows both B:TAS and Superman: The Animated Series (both DC properties), would they be permitted to officially air the original funeral scene from end of Apokolips… Now!, in which all of Jack Kirby's creations appear at his funeral.
The original ending was only aired once, and subsequent airings and releases are edited to avoid copyright issues between DC and Marvel (as many of Kirby's creations were Marvel characters.)
However, given that Disney XD apparently has permission to air two DC television series, and Disney owns Marvel itself, would they be able to air the original version of the episode, since they practically are Marvel?
