Summer TV

Eureka is a fantastic show.

If you haven't seen it, give it a try.

:techman:

Agreed. And if you don't watch Burn Notice it WILL be a long, boring summer.

But you can change that. USA Network. Burn Notice. Trust me. (Opens one side of his trench coat) "Wanna buy a watch?"

I'm whiling away my summer on hulu.com. I've almost watched through the two seasons of The Pretender they have available. I watched the first two seasons of Buffy. I watched through Firefly again. I have Babylon 5 and The Invisible Man in my queue at the moment. By the time I finish that, they'll probably have more up I'm interested in watching. If not, there's some old stuff up there that I'd like to get to know - The Time Tunnel for example.

Psych and Swingtown would be the main attractions over the summer, and Atlantis I guess....

Sak-there's a great B5 thread in Scifi-if you haven't sen the show its a step by step (with spoilers)

Eureka is OK--highly formulaic but still entertaining.

The best part of summer TV is BURN NOTICE. I've been looking forward to seeing this for a year now. Geez. This is such a good show.

The rest of my summer viewing will be on DVD---Invisible Man and Young Indy are already in my Netflix queue.

Looks like a new Ice Road Truckers season, though. That's pretty decent.

I object to that show, Ax Men, etc on the grounds that the History Channel should have something to do with history! :rommie: I'm such a dreamer...

Then again, their idea of "history" is a two hour documentary about Aztec "crystal skulls"...

For me, it's...
Million Dollar Password
The Mole
Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?
Celebrity Family Feud
Burn Notice
Stargate Atlantis
and Eureka.

(Though the last two I'm still not caught up on them...I keep missing them.)

You may object to the show being aired on the History Channel... and I would agree with you. However, please don't object to the show itself.
