Suggestions: Fun, easy NDS games

I'm looking for some suggestions for some fun, easy, mindless games for the Nintendo DS system.

By "mindless", I mean basically requiring little or no concentration. I'm basically looking for games to play while listening to public radio programs and podcasts, and still pay attention to the listening. (Right now I play too much Minesweeper on my computer.)

For "fun, easy", I mostly prefer puzzle and arcade games. Also, possibly, games that exist outside of the video gaming world (such as card games, etc.).

And, when it comes to the "Nintendo DS" item, I'm looking for just that--not Game Boy Advance, not DsiWare, and not 3DS. Also, please specify which gaming mode when appropriate. Or, if they come as a loose collection of different games, please specify which game(s).

So, any suggestions?

I'd strongly recommend Picross DS. An excellent puzzle game that doesn't require you to pay attention to it at all times or risk a game over.

For more game-type games, there's Super Princess Peach. A very easy platformer that is a pretty fun game to play. And of course there's also New Super Mario Bros. Not quite as easy, but still pretty low on the challenge scale.

I already own that. Maybe it's just because I haven't played it enough yet, but it still seems on the (slightly) more-concentration-required end. That said, I should probably just try it some more and get used to it more. After all, I didn't learn Minesweeper in a day!

I haven't tried Super Princess Peach, but I do own and have tried New Super Mario Bros.--let's just say that I can't play that game in public anywhere. I'll be cursing in the form of name-calling every time it doesn't work the way I want it to (:censored: son-of-a-:censored:!)! When I'm not cursing, I'll kick the air! And I'll be spending way too much effort on the game to concentrate on listening. In other words, NSMB is not a good game for me for this purpose. (That said, I hope to learn to play it better some day, just not (yet) while trying to listen to radio/podcasts.)

I'm not sure if they still sell it anymore but there is one game i enjoyed that really didn't require much concentration at all. The Mario VS Sonic Olympic Games. I don't think thats the actual title but thats basicaly what it is.

Animal Crossing doesn't require much thought, it's impossible to lose, and it works fine to play it for a few minutes at a time.

Sonic Rush
Sonic Classic Collection
Castlevania (Dawn of Sorrow/Portrait of Ruin/Order of Ecclesia)
