Suggest A Wireless Keyboard/Mouse Combo

Okay... I currently own a Logitech MK320 wireless keyboard/mouse combo. For the most part, I love it... the mouse works perfectly, and the battery life is pretty long, considering how much I use my PC. But recently the keyboard has been acting up... as in lagging...

There will be (quite often now) instances where I begin to type something, and absolutely nothing appears on the screen for over a minute, and even when it does appear, characters are missing, and what I typed is clipped.

I have always had good experiences with Logitech products, but this is starting to annoy me. I know it's not a battery issue, as it does it when I put fresh batteries in, and it's a pretty darn new set, so it's not an age issue. I have checked the Logitech website, and some customers with the same set have also reported the same issue, so it's not just my own set.

So, I'm wondering if you all could suggest an alternate wireless keyboard/mouse combo? I've kind of become spoiled by having no cables, so I'd like to stay wireless. This is just an irritating issue for a writer like me, because I fear it'll just be a matter of time before something goes unnoticed, and I end up posting something that is clipped and mutilated beyond recognition, and have to go back and do a lot of editing to fix it, so I'd like a set I can depend on.

I have an HP wireless elite combo, they list the range at about 32 ft but I've never pushed it past 20, I do like it, it works well and at about $40 is reasonably priced, its features are comparable to your logitech as well

I just wonder if there is some other electronic device interfering with your signal?

I would say that interference is a possibility, but as I said in the opening post, there are other Logitech customers with the same pack I have, that also have this problem, so I'm thinking it's a hardware issue, and not a setup issue. I'm kind of limited to where I can place a PC where I am now... out of necessity it is right beside my desk.

I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard that's pretty damn good. Never had a single problem with it. I think I paid $30 for it. They sell keyboard/mouse combos, too.

Here is a solution for every writer like you. These folks invented the dishwasher-safe keyboards and mice (yes they have combos).

I have one of the silicon keyboards and love it. Should it ever wear out, I plan to buy the dishwasher-safe combo for myself. I also saw this product on an episode of The Doctors.
