Stupid youtube/google/gmail partnership!

This got me real fed up. So I forgot my youtube login password.
I go through all these steps and emails and all it did was reset my google/gmail account password.



It's like an endless loop.

LOL, yeah... and my gmail is my "important" account, I don't want to use it for riffraff!

A similar thing happened to me. YouTube asked me if I wanted to link to Google, so I said okay-- then I couldn't get into YouTube without resetting everything.

Google is starting to ruin Youtube, this is only one issue out of many.
