Not all av programs will find all viruses. see if you can try some trial versions of some different anti-virus programs.
Also reboot the computer in safe mode and do a disk search for a file with the same name and if so delete it. Make sure you tell the search to look in system and hidden folders.
clear out the temporary directions (e.g documents and settings\<user name>\local settings\temp). you may need to tell Explore you want to view hidden and system folders and not to hid protected operating system files. Under XP this is down in the folder window through tools -> options -> folder options. Vista will require you to go into control panel.
Clear the system recovery files. This is under control panel -> system -> recovery. Viruses will hide infect these files so if you restore from one the infection comes back.
Check the services (control panel -> administrative tools -> services) for any thing with funny name. Right click on the service, go to it's properties and set it to disable).
If you're game you can also check the registry. The keys to check will be local_,machine\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run & run once. There is also a similar spot under current_user (might not be quite the right key but cbf looking now
If you find it in services in the registry look under local_machine\services\current controlset.
You might also want to do a registry search.
Also check the various a/v online databases to see if you can find it. I also use good to check for details on strange processes though in this case searching on the process name you've listed brings up a gobbldygook.
