"Storm Front" to "Home" Timeline

Is it ever established how much time passes in between Enterprise returning to their own time and them landing on Earth for the welcome home ceremony?
I don't remember hearing dates given. Wouldn't it take awhile for them to organize something like that ceremony?

I imagine the preparations started the moment Enterprise was detected as they approached the system.

Yeah, I imagined that the ceremony in "Home" started only a few hours after the events in "Storm Front".
