STO: TrekBBS Armada and House of TrekBBS - Fleet discussion and FAQ

1. Log into the game on a character between 10AM PST on Wednesday January 27 and 10AM PST on Thursday January 28.
2. Visit the in-game C-Store via the button on the minimap
3. Navigate to the ‘Promotions’ tab on the left
4. Scroll down to and click on the ‘Dilithium Fleet Vouchers” item
6. Click the “Claim” button towards the bottom-right of the interface

 

I spent last night doing fleet mark reward stfs on top of my usual doff report fleet marks, and it felt like a drop in an ocean.

But we will do it damnit.

Maybe if I really learn to grind I can apply my newfound motivation to earn more than few hundred thousand energy credits.

(Well sorry all, by the time i got round to this it was gone, much apolgies).

 

Keep pushing on the Starbase update, we're almost there! Just gotta come up with some more Fleet Marks, and we're in business.

 

Purchased fleet mark boosts from starbase, handed in commendation reports, and will blow up some buggers in Fleet queue later hopefully.

 

Have switched to my vesta class for enhanced bugger boomage, but have yet to find time to hit fleet queues. Anyone else coming along? We are nearly finished!

 

Starbase T5 upgrade is underway. Now we wait 2 weeks for it to complete...

 

Awesome! I was cramming as many fleet marks as I could into the project. Towards the end, some weird crap happened and my DOFF commendation points went from 150,000+ each to around 100,000, and I was suddenly no longer able to do DOFF missions for fleet marks. I submitted a trouble ticket, but that was 4 days ago, and so 2 days ago I posted in the support thread, and not even an acknowledgment of any kind.

I've spent the past few days running DOFF missions like crazy in order to try to get over the 110,000 mark again. Again, silence from support.

ETA: I forgot to mention, the T5-U Odyssey is a great ship to upgrade. I bought the Tac Oddy way back when it was first available, and never used it. Well, a few weeks ago, I was browsing through my ships and figured I'd upgrade one of them, and chose the Oddy (I wish the Ambassador class was upgradable, but it's not). Anyhoo, it's a solid tank, and the little escort ship that can dock and undock from your aft section comes in handy!

 

It's not a bug, but rather its designed this way. The Duty Officer assignment system does not allow your DXP to go any lower than 100.000. And since each fleet duty assignment deducts 10,000 DXP, you need a minimum of 110,000 DXP before you can do the fleet duty assignments.

 

I did not know this! Thanks for letting me know. It would have been nice if someone at Cryptic would have said "oh, that's on purpose," but I appreciate it.

 

Pretty sure Cryptic did announce it... around two years ago XD

 

Well, I drift in and out of gameplay. I'll be on there for a month or two, and then leave for a month or two, so somewhere in there I must have missed the announcement/update.

 

The Starbase is now Tier 5


Just Science and Engineering to complete. Now can we do it before they release the next fleet holding?
