STO Tier 6 ship

I've finally got enough zen to purchase a tier 6 ship. I play tactical and am looking at escorts. Looking for opinions on ship and build.

This should be posted in the Star Trek Online Discussion thread above. If you post it there you might get some responses form the group. Also feel free to ask me in game I'm often online or even the in game mail, I always respond even though many fleet member will never respond . I'm Galactic-roamer. Maybe some fleet chatter will get other long silent and reclusive members chatting.
