STO - Enlisted Ranks too?

Will Star Trek:Online be utilizing an Enlisted Rank System alongside Officer Ranks? I'm hoping they'd be savy enough to include the concept, but then again, TNG did kind of popularize the notion of "Everyone's an Officer"

Just wondering if this had been mentioned?

Might they be adding back Fleet Captains and/or Commodores as well?

Everyone starts out in command of a starship of some type but not the actual rank of captain.

I should have stated it that way, although the vessel's master is called "Captain" even if a lesser rank.

I guess what I meant was just that Player Characters able to rise in Enlisted ranks would be interesting.
