Stastical Analysis Programs

Anyone work in stastical analysis? Can anyone recommend some good freeware program that can do regressions and/or multivariate analysis?

It's been a long time since I've done statistics, but when I did, I used SPSS. It's top of the line and definitely not free. They may have a demo that you could try, though.

A quick Google search led me to this page, which has a list of several free statistics programs. I haven't used any of them, so I can't vouch for their quality. I hope it helps!

Minitab is the leader among statistical software. I don't know how long you'd need to use it, but they probably have a free trial period.

Yeah, Minitab will likely fulfil your needs but I can't remember how much the trial version is borked.
