On September 8, join hosts Wil Wheaton and Mica Burton for 3-hours of FREE virtual panels and programming that will reunite iconic cast members and creative minds from nine “Star Trek” television series, here at StarTrek.com/Day, presented by CBS All Access. Please see below for more information. All times Pacific Time.

The panels begin at 12:00 PM PT with a Welcome and Intro remarks.
There's panels for all the shows.

That DC thing must have gone well enough if Trek is doing their own version.

Star Trek day should be 17/01 though.

I actually don't think so. Only 356 episodes had an Enterprise as the hero ship. (Okay, that's nearly half of the entire franchise, I agree.) And in 98 of them, the ship did not have a 1701 registry.

As much as I adore the Enterprise... STAR TREK day should remain on the day the series premiered.

Having said that... there can ALSO be an Enterprise day. And THAT can be January 17. Let's do it!

Make it so.

I watched the panels, and a few of the streamed episodes. They were really good (and the animated series tribble episode was WAY better than the first few TAS episodes I've seen). One of the more interesting things I learned was that Sulu was originally going to have a Samurai sword rather than a fencing foil in The Naked Time, but George Takei thought that by the 23rd century, Sulu would have a broader sense of his cultural heritage than just "Japanese".
