Starships in fan magazines

I'd like to know if the starships seen in the Star Trek movies were discussed by their designers in any fan magazines as the movies premiered for the first time? I've never been able to find anything.

Thanks for the link, the people who published those articles never talked to the designers of the K't'inga, refit Enterprise, Miranda, Obreth or the Excelsior, ships that appeared in the first 6 Star Trek movies, I figured that as each ship was designed for a particular movie the designer would've shared some details of the ships design with someone who'd write about it somewhere,guess I was wrong!
