Starbase 28

I learned from reading a question left at Memory Alpha that the unnamed starbase at the beginning of "Choose Your Pain" was identified in the subtitles for Netflix as Starbase 28. Here, in the states, the subtitles did not identify the starbase. Can anyone else overseas collaborate this, that this starbase was named in subtitles? If possible, can you provide a picture? Thanks.

Here in Finland, I had the English subtitles on, and there was nothing about SB 28 there.

However, I just checked the Finnish subtitles, and they do have it. A "TÄHTIASEMA 28" bolded uppercase text flashes on the screen all right.

Yes i can verify that. 3min into ep5 the subtitle says (in Norwegian) :
"stjernebase 28"
Which translate to: starbase 28

Netflix wont let me screengrab from my phone, also when try to pause on the tv it skip 1sec ahead so i cant freez it at the right frame.. this was tiresome....

Anyway i filmed the tvscreen with my phone and grabed a frame from that so the quality are super bad.:

This is from the 1sec skip, better quality but it make no sense as you are on the wrong frame with a one second lag on the txt, but its easier to read and identify where in the episode you are:

Thinking about, it looks like there was supposed to be a - what do they call it? - a thing identifying a location, like in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies where locations are identified with this thing. It might not be a subtitle. It looks like it was dropped for the CBS All Access and English versions of the episode. I was hoping to see if this thing appeared if I requested a language other than English for CC in CAA. However, it is locked onto English.
