It's The early 25th Century (The Year 2400), Starfleet decides to explore The Gamma Quadrant even though in the past they had problems from The Dominion and decides to put The USS Vortex - NCC 2434 to explore that region of space, the Captain of the Vortex is Captain Naomi Wildman and her crew of 200, The Ship sets course to the Gamma Quadrant for a 7 Year Mission and meet lots of New Aliens and Planets along the way. They meet the Argathi, Dosi, Founder (Changlings Odo's Race), Hunters, Jem'Hadar, Keremma, Parada, Rakhari. The Jem'Hadar aren't that please that a Federation Ship has come into The Gamma Quadrant and try to kill them along the way.

But I'd watch it. The sci fi situation on TV is truly dire. Gimme people in Starfleet uniforms and I don't care if they spend every episode playing parcheesi in Ten-Forward and that's the whole frakkin episode.
