Well the latest Vesta episode is now uploaded onto my website- use the link in my sig to access it.

Only three episodes of Vesta left after this one before the series I began writing in the summer of 2001 comes to an end.

And what an end I have planned ;)

As always comments and feedback are graciously received (even if you hated it) but please say something if you read it, even a one word review is better than nowt!

Star Trek Vesta will return in November, with a slightly less epic, much more personal tale...keep your eyes peeled for a trailer coming soon...

It's rather thick but I do like the reference to the Kree.

You should have a story just concentrated about David, the gestalt.

    Excellent work!

Well I'm hoping you meant thick as in it was long, rather than thick as in it was stupid!!

Glad you liked it anyway. :bolian:

Next episode is coming along nicely- although infuriatingly it still doesn't have a title :vulcan:

Still aiming for a November release, and without spoiling anything I can confirm that, much like Season 2's Anthology, it will feature a collection of interlinked short stories.

Anyone else managed to plough their way through Destiny of the Infinite yet? ;)

Well, I tried, but I officially give up because:

I am sick to death of The Borg and I am sick to death of fucking Q and I wish I'd never heard of either.

ha ha, no worries. I'm kinda sick of the Borg as well but...

To do a sort of Borg origina story so I ran with it, plus I'd always wanted to write Q, and the Organians kinda ended up within that for obvious reasons. Plus is all contributes the ongoing season 3 arc

I did warn people in the trailer that it was the most fanwanky thing I'd ever written

If that's what you were going for, trust me, ya nailed it!

    The thing is...

I could tolerate the Borg because I saw from the summary that they were going to be there, and I actually like the Organians, so what really killed it for me was Q. I was like "Dammit, I was halfway liking the story and he had to throw Q in!"

I read all of it, from the beginning, and I have to say I'm hooked!

Also, contrary to everyone else, I really like Q, and the shocking bit with the origins of the Borg... icing on the cake!!!

Can't wait to see how they finally deal with the Kel

Yeah I figured I might be overegging the pudding somewhat, but unfortunately all the elements were needed with regards to the season's ongoing arc...

    Well almost all the elements

    Kor

show up was pure indulgence on my part

That is the question, isn't it. How do you stop the Kel? ;)

Glad you liked it, and the origins of the Borg. The story altered quite a bit since I first had the notion a year or two ago. Originally it was going to be a love story set in the past between Gerrex and the woman who would become the Borg Queen, but things change and so it came out like this instead :D

I would've had to invent the transporter for the sole purpose of slapping you up at will if you had done that! I'm sooo glad you came to your senses ;)
