The way you're listing them, I am curious about something. Are these the original Region 1 dvds that had two episodes per dvd? These are the ones that came out before the season box sets. If so, you can go to amazon.co.uk and they have all the ones you've listed above.

The DVD's are the ones issued by G E Fabbri on a subscription basis. There are three episodes on each DVD.
