Star Trek: TNG -- The Animated Series

Ha this is fun. The stilted poses, the constant re-use of animation. The camera angles chosen to show as little animation as possible. The purple used in the Borg Cube/Uniforms is also a nice touch.
And the best thing is how the Borg Cube "at warp speed" very slowly slides off camera.

I hope they'll make more though, I really want to see Troi in this style haha.

Some more about the film:

Justin said that he studied TAS on Netflix and on Blu-ray to understand the nuances of the video style. He noticed that sometimes the cells jiggled a bit when a character moved. He also thinks that some of the artifacts seen on the shows must be cigarette ashes from the animators as they worked.

It WAS the 1970's.

This is better than Filmation (they've done away with a lot of Filmation's cost-cutting shortcuts).

This makes me wonder... why hasn't a NG animated series set after NEM been put on the table. Did that story drive all the characters away from the Ent and each other. There has to be something more to tell there.

Great fun! The only suggestion I have is that com badge/insignia on the chest should be bigger, which is TAS style.

If there was one, which I'm not sure there was, t could be like the Buffy animated series, in that it was too expensive for the smaller networks and zero interest from the bigger ones.

P+ already HAS two animated series (Lower Decks and Prodigy).
