Good read. "Final story", you say? I haven't seen the others. I hate having to go to another web site to read fiction. Why not just post it here??
Couple minor typos like: recording his personal long -->> personal log .... you can call be my first name --->> call me by my. I saw a few more not worth mentioning, mainly missing / misplaced commas.
The one that threw me off was when the Captain said he "might stop by and get his hands dirty", and then the next paragraph, he's still the one talking. I thought that it switched and she was talking.
