Star Trek: The Exhibition heads to Los Angeles

I was there today visiting the new Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum (which was awesome btw!) and happened to walk by the Star Trek Exhibition near the Kodak Theatre. I sneaked inside for a little peek (the workers were really nice lol) and it looked great! I didn't get to see the bridge, but i saw some of the displays. The costumes looked great and I saw the bar too. They were still finishing up the place. I really want to go back tomorrow and take some pictures! I'll post them here if I do.

Oh and they were selling some Star Trek gear. I couldn't help myself and bought a Starfleet Science t-shirt. I am planning to wear it when I visit the museum. They also had a command tshirt.


Oh and one more thing about the wax museum....they will be bringing a Captain Kirk figure soon in the next month or so. Can't wait to take a picture with the one half of Spirk! (Naturally as I was leaving I requested they bring a Spock figure next to Kirk so he won't get too lonely.)

Anyway, the exhibition looks cool. Too bad it's only a limited engagement.

Two weeks....nott that bad... but I'm sure the anticipation is not very pleasant. At least, it wouldn't be for me.

Actually, though, I sent an email to RSVP for tonight and I got a response. I'm so excited! I think I might even don my Spock ears. XDDD

I'm happy for you guys, but I wish this exhibit would travel around a bit. It seems 2/3rds of the locations have been in California.

highlyillogical Thanks for posting the pictures. Those are great! The move has been a long time coming, but now that everything has come to head and the move is just over a week away, I'm looking forward to just getting the whole process over with.
