I think in that time of meritocracy, people are regarded more than for what they look like and are appreciated as individuals in fact encouraged to be such and their environments and institutions will have it instilled in them recursively as habitual.
And so there will be much less manifestation of sexual objectification at not-conducive times or situations when people will gladly focus their attention on their other concerns instead (or learn the art of multitasking). And more likely advertising and general attitudes etc will not feature objectification as people are more cerebral and objective in their choices rather than institutionally subjectively motivated.
(plus do we really want our fellow aliens to think of humans as not being able to even control our gonads; then how can we presume to lead in a federation?)
Consequently people will also develop appropriate outlets on demand purging them of feelings that might compromise their thoughts during other times when it is important to concentrate (they will be much less likely to be sexually frustrated for example). And be more able to delay the pursuit of gratification for another time.
In short it won't matter if everyone walked around naked; the attitude will be there is a time and a place: to save it for when it maximises, erm, impact
