Star Trek: Sigils and Unions--"Gul Zejil Rebek"

This is Gul Zejil Rebek, from my fanfic series, Star Trek: Sigils and Unions...all 5'3" of her!

But don't dare call her a "pocket-sized gul"...she's deadly with a sniper rifle, or anything you can shoot.

I imagine her as being played by Bollywood actress Rani Mukherjee. While I started out with this pic as a reference, I had already started drawing when I realized the pose was not suitable for a military woman. So instead, I've decided to give her a snarky, sarcastic expression--maybe someone made a crack about her small size.

So, here's Gul Rebek! Sorry I couldn't get her in a better mood!

Nah, that's not pity. That's more..."Did you SERIOUSLY just say such a pathetic thing to me?" I think it's Gul Ocett she's looking at.

I forgot to ask: does she do that hair every morning?

I'm not sure if it's necessary to do it every morning. I think that with those kinds of tight braids, it MIGHT be possible to use some of the techniques that African women might, to keep them good for several days. I don't know if a gul ever gets a day off once a week, but that might be her opportunity for taking them out and redoing them.

Very nice drawing. I especially also like how you managed to get the uniform that way and even with the writing on it.

Hm...I don't think Rebek would be interested. No offense to Damar, but I think her goals and values in life are too different from his for them to make a good couple.
