Personally, nothing at all against Captain Picard (quite the opposite, actually) but, unless he can turn the fight into a talkfest, he'd go down in Round One.

For me its between Kirk and Sisko, Both brawlers, Archer is the 1st to get bitch slapped by Janeway, She tries the same trick on Kirk, night night Janeway. Mean while Sisko seeing Picard as Loctus goes to town on the Frenchman and in typical French fashion out comes the white flag splattered in his own blood.

Leaving Kirk and Sisko the last 2 combatants.

I'd go for Sisko he's actually far more aggressive than Kirk and physically stronger and in the shows shown to be on par with the best Klingon warriors and Jemhadar Soliders.

Kirk beat a Gorn with tricks.
