In preparation for the the coming conflict with the Romulans, the Coalition of Planets and their allies enacted Operation Pisces: the establishment of a forward base at 61 Ursae Majoris IV (later known as Archer IV), thirty-one light-years from Earth.
United Earth rallied units from Starfleet, MACO, the United Earth Space Probe Agency (UESPA), and United Earth Stellar Navy (UESN).
Starfleet provided the NX-03 Sarabhai, the Daedalus-class Ilenz, the Intrepid-type Xu Fu, the Freedom-class ships Freedom and Abrams, and Neptune-type Antony.
UESPA provided Helindu, the mobile space docking platform, fitted with a warp ring for interstellar travel, along with a unit of drone interceptors and pilots.
UESN provided three vessels, including Ilyinishna and Zeus, and several squads of SPADs spacefighters.
Vulcan provided the D'kyr-class Indiko and Daark.
Andoria provided the Kehengsno and Bulles.
Tellar provided the Nagiriri.
The Arkonians sent one cruiser to act as a support unit that would only provide logistics and aid.
