The Decompression Chamber is done (I have pictures around here somewhere. I remember being told that Auxiliary Control was being added I think by October, but I can't say if it has been. If you're serious about going, I'd get on the set tour's website because there's a section there called Area Info that tells you where hotels and restaurants are.

I do not recall that auxiliary control was finished.
I wonder if there's some ultra-hardcore TOS fan out there who's all "Auxiliary Control or GTFO!" and refuses to make the trip until they finish that set.
