Star Trek Music History on The Soundtrack Show

Some of the history is probably very familiar to readers of this forum, but I definitely learned a lot, especially with regard to the composers of Season 1 and some of the union rules associated with the scoring.

A lot of it was familiar (and well done). But somehow I forgot / never knew that Fred Steiner wrote Rocky and Bullwinkle as well as Perry Mason!!!

FYI, no new episodes of the show will be released until the WGA/SAG strikes are over, so it is back catalog exploration only for the immediate future.
