Star Trek First Contact

I was having a sort out at home today and found some (well alot of) old magazines.
One was a computer mag from about 10 years back and in it was preview shots of Star Trek:first contact game for PC. Whatever happened to this?

I really wish they used the Elite Force/Quake engine and gave us a First Contact game...I suppose EF2 had the E-E, if only it were more like EF1 and had the whole FC storyline, or the FC game storyline.

I haven't disappeared, just not as much present anymore on the forums these days.

Regarding Star Trek: First Contact the game, I think I have an old UK PCgamer with a page on it somewhere around my house.

Don't remember much of it, but it didn't look very impressive, even for the time it was to be released in.

One feature that was interested was the ability to command crew members, or ask them in case they were superior officers to carry out various commands, including altering your phaser I think.
