Star Trek: Fact Files (1997-2002)

I have not been able to find my missing 3 sheets yet. I see people selling 'complete' collections for next to nothing though, so that might be the only way to actually get a complete set these days. What I'd do with another 15 folders though.

Definitely keep about five spare binders and spread out the more jammed-full folders. I used one binder just for all the cover sheets.

What sheets were they? Which issues? I have my own complete collection but stumbled upon a box last month of spares that someone who quit the collection gave me ages ago. I'd say it's only quarter of the collection but I might have what you are looking for. The only problem is that it would be another 6 months before I can check again as they are far away from me right now.

Kop is seeking:
Issue 113 (Section 1, File 7, Card 13B) (Sport in the 24th Century)
Issue 269 (Section 2, File 30, Card Appendix 2) (Admiral Janeway's Shuttle)
Issue 271 (Section 1, File 3, Card 7C) (A-Z of the Stars Part 4).

No problem. Thank you, I really appreciate it!

Thanks, Therin of Andor too.

I only learned about these recently when stumbling on the video below. As a result, I went to archive.org to see if there were downloadable scans to get a clearer idea. Nothing complete I could find but there are several there that may be able to help you spot check.

I still haven’t filed all of mine. I have no idea if I finished it. I won’t lie...if I knew it was going to a good home, and my little admiral doesn’t mind seeing it go, I am pretty sure my Mrs would be glad of the shelf space should I sell it on/swap it or something. My dad bought that thing through years...I went from teenage geek to chain-smoking goth and every two weeks that magazine was still there. So I have some sentimentality.

This looks like a great if decades-old resource. Would be great in an ebook format - easy to collect all without taking up physical space.

had to buy about 5 more binders...

Anticipating that the folders would bulk out faster than the free binders would come, I bought about five extras in Week 1 when, for "the introductory price of $1", you received Issue #1 and a free binder.

EDIT: Ah, old thread. And I already answered.

Those links on Memory Alpha and Wixiban are great! Would have helped a lot when I was compiling. I love my Star Trek fact files.

A heads up, the entire set is available as a digital download via [link removed by moderator]

That looks like a site that's pirating copies. Please do not post anything that encourages piracy on this site.

If I'm wrong, let me know.

Dear Kop,

I can't message Kop directly as I have not been an active member.

I was looking through my own Fact Files and found that Section 1, File 5, Card 5B and I was wonder what this file was about. I am finding the Index to be quite useless, as nebula apart from the ship isn't even mentioned. Am also wondering what files of mind are missing, as I thought might was complete.
