Excelsior #202, "The Investigation," is now officially in release. Go enjoy it at Excelsior HQ! It's good, quality, 100% organic audio drama!

Also, despite the implications (and the bald reference to Darker Projects' Section 31 Files in scene 9), Section 31's not in it. I'll leave that cryptic comment for Mike to puzzle over for three weeks until the next script rolls out. Mwahahaha!
