I made this a few weeks back and then posted it last night before today's trailer came out. I was pretty happy with some of the parallels! I even managed to get the braid for Captain Georgiou, and Sarek in the warp trail looks a bit holographic.

I've had also much fun putting these together. There's a lot negativity in our fandom so it's nice to do something positive and create.

Another beautiful poster! The Discovery looks very sleek and elegant at that angle. The warp trails are a nice touch - the Vulcan calligraphy looks to say pon farr?

    It's supposed to be IDIC - I based it off a friend's tattoo....maybe she's sending mixed signals ;-)

This is beautiful! I love the use of white space to balance out the darker right side. Please make more, forever!

    - She may be...? My Vulcan is pretty basic, but take a look at Korsaya's site - specifically here (scroll down to 'po' / 'ro' - about a quarter down the page) and note the similarities with the word "farr-dath" in the 'ro' box. I can make out the letters for "pon" in your warp trail, too...
Having said all that, the language is not official, and is open to interpretation - for all I know, I'm looking at it wrong and it really does mean/say IDIC :) The main thing is that your poster looks fantastic, and really is wonderfully positive - especially as I've just come from the Discovery threads where it seems like a lot of people are moaning and complaining about every little thing because it doesn't fit their ideals.

Gorgeous! I'll probably be using this as my cellphone wallpaper.

Thank you! I need more hours in the day! I think my next one will be Klingon based.

Maybe as one of those special inserts, they don't tend to use non-photographic art for covers, you know, less it's TAS! ;-)

Thanks everyone for the kind words! It's a nice oasis in the "I hate everything" fan world we seems to be living in.
