VPNs per se are legal, using them to access material that’s restricted in your country is as illegal as downloading them from a file locker (technically less illegal than p2p, as the upload is what’s considered the bigger deal and is even a felony in some countries).

Yup, people seems to forget about this. If your country doesn’t have the right to have the app or website to show discovery you are technically doing illegal stuff using VPN to watch it from another country that has the right to do so. Basically it’s like using pirate bay to download things like pirated software.

If you have a us iTunes account and activate it there, you can use vouchers

Best option is that you switch the country your are from in the account profile page without the use of VPN.

If you are using VPN and you get caught from your credit card info via the VPN payment I have no idea what kind of law they will throw at you.

BTW: where I’m from I don’t even have the itune option.
