Star Trek Computer Game looking for team members!

Hi everyone,

We are a non-profit team (currently of 15 members) mostly made up of graduates from differing games-related courses and have recently began concepting and designing a computer game set on the star trek universe in the year 2388.

The game is themed as a 1st episode in a new tv series and will include inbetween 1-2 hrs of gameplay.

However, we are looking for someone who has experience in creating deck plans (for an rpg for example) and would be interested in working with us.

Also, if anyone is talented in any 3d software or programming and would be interested we would gladly consider letting you join our team.

All credit will be given to any contribution made.

Thanks!

What sort of development plan do you have?
I'm a C# dev and would be willing to help if I can. I've experimented with XNA 3.1 and 4.0, loading some models I downloaded from Google Sketchup and added to a small 3D engine I worked on.

We are building the game in the UDK engine and are looking at an 18 month-2 year development schedule.

We are organised into 5 teams (writing, art, lvl design, sound & programming) who meet weekly on skype to review the plan and the projects progress.

Programming isn't really my field so im not sure if being in the UDK would suit you, but if you are interested id be happy to put you in contact with our lead programmer. We are also exploring the possibility of using the newly released Kinect for Windows SDK.

Thanks for the reply.
