Hello all,

I work in film doing VFX and as a big fan of Star Trek since ever I worked on the latest
"Star Trek Beyond" movie and got the amazing opportunity to contribute to the
ending shot where the Enterprise get rebuilt in a very cool timelapse vfx shot.

Though since I loved it as much as I did working on it you may have enjoyed or enjoy it again too:

Great work by all concerned. Are you able/allowed to share any Making Of material for the shot?

Hi Tosk, thank you for the compliments from everyone involved.
I am just an employee/artist working for a big company and the final result as seen in the final cut of the movie
its all we are allowed to show. Hopefully an official making of will be released sometime soon.

No worries, just thought I would ask. :)

Must have been pretty damn cool as a Trekkie to get to work on it. Did you like the finished film?

I loved the movie, I felt IMO that I brought back some of the good old style and humor from the original series. "Into the Darkness" was ok for me, it felt a Star Trek never seen before and more serious then what it used to be. "Beyond" felt more true to its root to me!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for what is one of the most amazing visual sequences in Trek history.

Hi, captain3ddd. Congratulations. Great work. Have you ever heard about new movie where you work?
Any rumor you ever heard about it?

What movie? I guess you meant the next Star Terk, if so no, I haven't heard anything about!
Yes. the next star trek movie. I think it is stiil too early for information on the production.
If you know something about it, please tell us (if you can).

That shot was super well done... the building of the Ent-A in Beyond was beyond my expectations . Very pleased with the work of yourself and your team in that final scene.

I agree with the previous posters, amazing work full of layers and details! Have you got any information about the other ships seen fleetingly throughout the sequence or the numerous tiny shuttles?

BEY was great Trek, from start to finish.

The Enterprise time-lapse ending was fantastic. Well done.
