Titan UK did these for Generations through Insurrection ; a pull out in STM #100 for Nemesis then the JJ's were released as regular issues.

Titan also did a Star Trek VI one (the first Trek-related one I got!) but this was a reprint of a US publication. Actually, the "Generations" one was also a reprint of a US version, as I own both.

"First Contact" and "Insurrection" were definitely UK-originated. I still have those editions, and they bring back a lot of nostalgic memories of my life back then, and how looking forward I was to the films!
