Star Trek artist needed for TAS comics

Once again I'm making a plea to the Star Trek artists out there. I need help with the aliens for a new Star Trek TAS comic. I have not published one in over a year, and I'd really like to. I have the script, the space shots, the backgrounds, the crew, all I need is an artist to create the aliens. I need someone who can work in the Filmation style of TAS. I have a design for the aliens, and can even do most of the standard shots, but I need someone to help create the special actions called for by the script.

If you are willing, and think you can handle it, or know someone willing to take this on, please let me know.

Thanks, I'll need the luck. I've been trying to find an artist to work with for about a year now. I've had about 4 who started, then just disappeared.

Reverend, I would LOVE to have you aboard. If you just want to sketch, I'll do all the tracing and coloring, or however you want to do it. PM me and we'll discuss.

I'll probably find myself lynched if I commit to another comic project right now, I need to finish off the last 10 or so DKA strips before the artist has me hunted down and killed as I'm already months behind schedule.

Anyway, I'm not much of a cartoonist, I'm more of a colourist which is not something you need. However, I've just bought a new A3 tablet on eBay, so when it arrives in a few weeks I'd be happy to christen it by doing you some concepts sketches of the aliens you're after. That is if you want me to.

Actually, I have the aliens already. All I need is someone to sketch them in certain poses called for in the script. I can line and color them.

Of course, if some talented artist wanted to design and draw a brand new alien species, I'd be happy to scrap what I've already got. What I've designed, in desperation, is pretty humanoid. Sort of big bald body builders.

The script calls for two races of the same species. There are two main characters, representing the two races, and a couple minor characters of each. The minor characters are mostly just background.

For the two major characters, I would need a couple full body shots, and the rest would be mostly head and shoulders at various angles. There are a few extra poses called for in the script, but nothing that would be to difficult. One passing out, another laying on the bed (I'd do the bed), holding a phaser. Nothing drastic.

As I said above, I've been working on a design, which I'm not crazy about, that is roughly humanoid. If you wanted minimum involvement, I could use help visualizing them in those poses other than just standing there. Someone to sketch them in those positions so I can trace and color. Now, if you really wanted to commit, you coulkd design your own species. You could contribute the fully realized artwork, or you could just draw them and I could again do the tracing and coloring.

I'd probably let you do the tracing and coloring but I think I can handle the rest. I haven't done any character artwork in a while but I used to be fairly good at it. Why don't you send me whatever sketches you have for the aliens so I have a starting point and I'll work up some samples for you.
