While I really, really, REALLY want to believe this... I am not getting my hopes up.

On closer inspection... I think it's perhaps something for Star Trek Online? The USS Kelvin, a ST'09 Klingon Warbird and the ST'09/ID Enterprise?

I think we'd have more warning about an incoming Star Trek 4 trailer, especially seen as I don't think they've officially figured out what they're doing with Pine yet.

That was a roller coaster of hype and then disappointment. Still, the game might be cool.

How on earth could someone think a teaser trailer for Star Trek XIV was coming out? That movie is in development hell right now and probably won't come out for several years, 2021 at the earliest.

Because it was tied to the Kelvin stuff, and John Cho filmed some sort of interview this week. But seeing as it's CBS doing this stuff, it's clearly not the movie itself, but merchandise teaser. I made a mistake, sorry.
