Star Catalogue Question(s)

I'm expecting other people here to have other questions about such research documents.

Anyway, seeing as some catalogues tend to be cited with Greek letter-names standing in for those of the lead astronomer(s) or abbreviations of such names - Beta/Burnham, Sigma/Struve, Delta/Dunlop, etc. - does anyone know of a published star catalogue where "Epsilon" is similarly used as notational shorthand?

@Asbo Zaprudder I looked there first. Also, SIMBAD to some extent (regularly), but no luck via either of those routes thus far.

@NCC-73515 Bayer designations aren't what I'm looking for here. Thanks anyway.

Yeah, Bayer is just the best known of numerous catalogues and it happens to use Greek letter designations - although lower case rather than upper. Its assignments should be in descending order of magnitude - however, stars can vary in brightness over time and screw things up. Constellations are just arbitrary human constructs in any case. Different civilisations have come up with many variants for asterisms, their names and tales told about them.

If a catalogue designated either as capital epsilon (Ε) or lower case epsilon (ε) exists, it's obviously pretty obscure. It might be better to enquire on a message board dedicated to astronomy.
