STAGE 9 STUDIOS re-brands itself as THE NEUTRAL ZONE

    2/14/2019

KINGSLAND, GA USA – Effective immediately. STAGE 9 STUDIOS will now be known as THE NEUTRAL ZONE.

Why the change? In late September 2018, a cease and desist was issued to the STAGE 9 Virtual Reality UK Enterprise-D venture (https://stage-9.co.uk) just prior to Kingsland's Fan Appreciation Weekend. While this was certainly NOT the STAGE 9 STUDIOS in Kingsland GA, and through no fault of anyone, that event seemed to cause a bevy of confusion among fans that our studio had been shut down. After extensive damage control, and even with the successful attendance of our weekend, the experience made us believe that a name change was in order. In fact, confusion still abounds even as this announcement is being written.

The good news is we're still here and we're still growing! We have 6 fan Productions scheduled to film at the studio between now and the end of March, a wedding in February on the bridge, and Fan Film Appreciation Weekend 2 in May! Check out what's coming by clicking on either the OTHER FAN FILMS link or CALENDAR.

In addition, we will be filming several of our own vignettes to be introduced as Tales from the Neutral Zone! These will be really cool stories with different ships and crews, and explores their adventures when they enter a strange area of the neutral zone!

We've also posted a SITE CONSTRUCTION link with pics of the construction of the Kingsland studio from its beginning.

Check out the new Neutral Zone Studios at www.neutralzonestudios.com! And stay tuned because there are more very cool events and changes on the way! And don't worry. If you've bookmarked our Stage 9 Studios website (www.stage9studios.com), you will automatically be redirected to the new website.

STAGE 9 STUDIOS contains a full-scale suite of Constitution class starship sets including: the bridge, transporter room, engineering, sickbay, briefing room, captain’s quarters, auxiliary control, a 100 foot-long corridor, a near-by green screen facility, and much more!

As soon as you try to leave the studio, two Romulan warbirds are going to decloak and tell you that you've just violated the Treaty of Algeron and you must surrender your vessel immediately!

Pleased to see my attempt at recreating the STC studio set plans is pretty close to the "official" one they've got on the website. :bolian:

I guess the former Exeter/Star Trek Continues sets are to be used in the same way as the former Oklahoma sets are as well (the ones used by Starship Valiant and other series)

300 a day, of course that dose not include travel, logging food, I wonder if they have a pool of extras to man the bridge or walk the hallways.

Last I heard the Exeter bridge/starbase studio facility was closed up.
