According to an October 27 report on trekmovie.com, the movie may already be out in France and a few other countries. With more getting it in the next few days. So it could be just mislabeled.
Or, it could be a cleverly timed attempt to move repackaged copies of NEM.

Fair enough. Guess I've seen too many things sold on too many streetcorners to have thought the "fake" call was itself fake.
