Spock Prime's Katra

Who should carry Spock's Katra after he passes away?(even for a Vulcan Spock is about maxed out)

On one hand, it would be interesting if it could somehow go to ALT Spock; then again if he shared it with ALT Kirk, it would likely give him insight into the person he will become or could have been.

It could always go into a new Katric Arc on New Vulcan.
