Love it. The one thing that's always annoyed me is that screencaps of Trek movies & TV shows featuring Ournal-Class spacedocks (& Utopia Planetia, too,) never have just one or two ships loitering-around or standing in a queue for repairs, at Yellow Alert just in case there's a SNAFU while everyone else is busy on shore leave or conducting business. But I like this image alot. Well done. I hope to see more.

You know, when I was a kid, this is how I used to imagine Starfleet in the 24th century. Nothing earlier than the Excelsior era - if that!
I can just see an Intrepid Class starship exiting the doors on the other side of the station, an Olympic Class hovering further below, an Akira warping in-system and an Ambassador warping out. Oh, and an old Grissom docked inside for upgrades.

well, I did want to do one with a seldom-used older ship, so here it is, hehe.
Now2 that you mention the intrepid, I may do one with the Intrepid-Class... we'll see.

If I, as a fellow photo manipulator, may offer a point though?
The lighting of the Sutherland would line up more if it where on the "right" side top of the image, while vice versa, the dark shadows of the E-D would line up better on the bottom left.

Well, that's the thing with these... the lighting... the candidate ship(s) have to be at a pleasing angle, AND have lighting that will match up with Spacedock's, both in angle and intensity. I'm working on something a tad different now, so maybe I'll have that up by tonight.

With regards to the sombreros, it's not that I hate them per se... it's just that I feel it's a gag that has run its course and then some. It was funny at first, but now it's just too old... so no disrespect, that is just my reason. Thanks for respecting my wishes,though.
