Not a bad deal at all, actually. I'd buy it, clean it up inside, and then flip it upside down and have people enter and depart from it via travel pods while orbiting over Earth and a short flight distance away from a dry dock. Then I'd make a movie with it. I'm sure it hasn't been done before...
