Clearly there's a mystery ship which Picard goes back to (implying he'd been there before) and meets someone named Elnor, but he leaves Elnor behind. Soji and Narek then waltz while watching home movies, which somehow leads to Jurati meeting Maddox and leaving with him. Seven feels vengeful because reasons related to an emergency that no one's clear on.

While Walking With Number One, Dahj Activates, so Dahj And Picard Speak, but get into Dahj’s Last Fight, so Picard Decides to find The Painting and discovers they're Twins, and to find them, Picard Requests Help against this Romulan Collusion which means Trouble For Picard, so half of Rafi Decides To Join but another half of Rafi Turns Down Picard, who while Sizing Up Rios remembers Happier Times with little Elnor, so they pick him up and while they're Leaving With Elnor, they're stopped by a Mystery Ship, the TOS BoP, so Picard Goes Back, which means Picard Leaves Elnor, and meanwhile Soji And Narek Waltz through the Borg cube cause there's so much space and film some mature Home Movies, but in the meantime Jurati And Maddox finally meet, and while she's Leaving With Maddox, Seven Needs Revenge for the death of Icheb, but one of the Holo-Rios holoriously asks "What’s Your Emergency".

I like it but the final scene is Robert Picardo as the original EMH. Seven has been carrying his emitter.
