I honestly wait for all of the early purchasers to work through all of the bugs, and then I play the less buggy version on discount. No reason to play a game when it first comes out unless its a MMO.

With the digital model, how long will it be before the "Terms and Conditions" slip in a line indicating that (paraphrasing) "This title might contain game breaking, or other serious bugs, by clicking on the 'Terms and Conditions' you as the purchaser agree to this aspect of your purchase"....

I think in some ways, they already do. In many ways, collections might not be such a great deal, because you then have to refund the entire thing rather than an individual game if you have a bad enough issue with one of then, like my issue with Arkham Knight via the Arkham Collection on PS5 as part of the making it unplayable for instance.
