Alright, so I plug the camera into the USB port using the little cord that came with it. I plug it into the computer. It tells me that the device is ready to use, so I open the Computer folder to access the pictures and video I took. There is no folder there! As far as the Computer folder is concerned, there is nothing plugged in to my USB port. How do I fix this?
